Longlisted for the Artist of the Year Awards 2026

I am delighted to share another piece of exciting news from my artistic journey: I have been longlisted for the Artist of the Year Awards 2026.

Following my application, I have been informed that my work has progressed to the second stage of judging. Reaching the longlist is a significant achievement, particularly given the outstanding standard and volume of submissions this year.

The Artist of the Year Awards are organised by the Visual Artists Association, and the competition provides artists with an opportunity to have their work considered by an industry jury and to gain further exposure within the contemporary art world.

What happens next?

The next stage of judging will determine which artists progress to the shortlist.

• Finalists Announced: September 2026

• Winners Announced: September 2026

• Overall Winner – London Group Exhibition: 7–11 October 2026

• AOTY Winners Virtual Exhibitions: March 2027

For now, I am simply very pleased to have reached this stage and to see my work recognised among such a strong field of artists.
