Longlisted for the Visual Art Open 2026

I am delighted to share that one of my submitted artworks has been longlisted for the Visual Art Open 2026, progressing to the second stage of judging.

The Visual Art Open is an international competition that celebrates artistic excellence across a wide range of media, attracting submissions from artists around the world. This year the quality and volume of entries were exceptionally high, making it a great honour to have my work selected for the longlist.

Being recognised at this stage is an encouraging milestone and reflects the continued development of my artistic practice. My work explores themes of memory, resilience, mystery and human connection through symbolic figurative sculpture, inviting viewers to discover their own narratives within each piece.

The shortlist will be announced in August 2026, and I look forward to hearing the results. Whatever the outcome, I am grateful for the opportunity to have my work considered alongside so many talented artists.

My sincere thanks to the organisers and judging panel, and to everyone who continues to support and encourage my artistic journey. Every exhibition, award and selection inspires me to keep creating and sharing new work.
